This is our second time coming to a Lodder open weekend, and the display this year was a combination of individual trees and a superb collection of shohin and mame (not that I am biased). Also, the Japanese Black Pines on display we an outstanding quality again not that I am biased. The trees on display were by a local club in the Netherlands and being last winter/early spring here the timing is just perfect for seeing new buds and growth developing with the promise of summer on it’s way.
