Had fun at the Bonsai Traders show at Capel Manor on Sunday, some great displays of bonsai as well as a good selection of traders. It was combined with the home and garden show so it was well attended with a good atmosphere.

There were two clubs exhibiting at Capel Manor and they were Splinter Group and Middlesex Bonsai Society and both displays were very good. In addition to the good selection of traders at the Bonsai Traders Event at Capel Manor, there were also four very good exhibitions put on by The Bonsai Group Enfield, Splinter Group, Middlesex Bonsai and British Suiseki.
This years Bonsai Traders event at Capel Manor was successful with a good range of traders selling a wide variety of bonsai trees and everything bonsai. It was a great opportunity to buy supplies, pots and add to your collection of bonsai.
What a wonderful autumn bonsai show today at Capel Manor with a host of trees on display and some of which had not previously been displayed.
Alongside the traders, Enfield and Sutton bonsai societies exhibited their trees.
Don’t forget the Grand Bonsai Event at Capel Manor on Sunday 29th June from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Congratulations to Ian Stewardson, John Armitage and Mark & Ritta Cooper who all won awards at the show.
The show was well attended and boasted a good variety of species in the club displays section. This is a great opportunity to pick up some sundries ready for the approaching repotting season.
