Milton Lilbourne is a good example of what an english summer fete in the countryside is all about. With activities on offer such as clay pidgeon shooting, ferret racing, dog show and many more. Once we had set up the marquee and sampled the local cuisine, the weather held up and we all had a very pleasant afternoon. Our display focused on showing a wide variety of species and styles of trees and the most frequently asked about was the Ginkgo biloba. Trees included: Acers, Ulmus, Ginkgos, Cotoneaster, Pinus, Yew and Juniper.
