Devising a plan, apart from keeping it alive is one of the best things you can do for your bonsai. At our last club meeting we decided to discuss a way ahead for a selection of our trees – I suppose you could consider this as the minutes.

DA: Lonicera, decide which was the leading top branch as it was too even at present, to cut back in tight to encourage more back budding

PR: Potentilla, trim regularly and encourage more back budding, when repotting choose a pot with a contrast to yellow flowers for example red
