The fifth Grittleton Plant and Food Fair will be taking place on Sunday 28 May 2017. Set in the stunning surrounds of Grittleton House, plant lovers and ‘foodies’ are in for a real treat, with the chance to browse the many stalls selling plants from specialist nurseries, stunning accessories for your ‘room outside’, and delicious local artisan produce. There is also the opportunity to take a guided tour around this spectacular home. It is going to be a fantastic day out for friends and family.
Doors open at 11am and refreshments and free parking will be available.
All proceeds and donations will be going to support children’s charity Action Medical Research.
Action Medical Research is raising funds to offer hope to thousands of families across the UK who are dealing with the trauma of a baby born to early, striving to support a child affected by disability or facing the challenge of caring for a child with a rare and devastating disease for which there is no cure. The proceeds from the Grittleton Plant and Food Fair will make a difference to the lives of children like Cieran who was left with deafness, epilepsy and cerebral palsy because of meningitis and Jack who as a baby was diagnosed with brain cancer.
