This year at our annual Winter Show we were delighted to welcome many of the members from Bonsai Club Brixen, Italy. This was orchestrated by Roland Schatzer whom I previously helped proof read the translation on his book Shohin Passion. This by the way is an excellent read, and still available in english. The club took the opportunity to do some sightseeing around London and also managed to fit in
a few visits to bonsai nurseries like Mark D’Cruz before arriving at our show. The club also invited us to their upcoming AKITEN show later in the year: November 2nd and 3rd 2019. The show has a strong focus on the synergy of ceramics and trees combined. You can find further details on their beautifully crafted website. It is wonderful to share bonsai with a wider community.
