Congratulations to Newbury and District Bonsai Society for receiving a large Gold medal for their display at the recent Royal County of Berkshire Show near Newbury Show in September. A good diversity of tree species, sizes and good overall composition of the display.

The winning Bonsai Club display was for Newbury & District Bonsai Society and here are a few images of the individual elements of the display below and one tree that caught most peoples eye was an unusual Weigela which is a flowering shrub owned by Dave Cleveland.
