Paul Bowerbank FoBBS roll of honours

Paul Bowerbank is our Chairman for Swindon and District Bonsai Society and he was given an award and named on the Federation of British Bonsai (FoBBS) Roll of Honours for his dedication to promoting the art of bonsai.

Traders @Bonsai World 2015

With over 20 different traders at the Bonsai World event this weekend it was hard to know what to look at first or buy and it was an excellent opportunity to pick up a bargain as well as buy some high quality bonsai trees and supplies. 

Suteki raffle prize

Thank you Simon Haddon of Suteki for your amazing raffle prize for our Swindon Winter Image Show raffle for 2015 which was held on Sunday 22nd February. The raffle went really well and some lucky people went home with some amazing prizes including these three beautiful accent pots.

Heathrow Bonsai Show

Thank you again Mark and MingChen Moreland and all those involved in organising and running the Heathrow Bonsai Show as this was yet another great bonsai show and fun event today. The range of bonsai trees on display was extensive and excellent, with some stunning autumn colour as well as some early winter images.

2nd International Magical Bonsai Accents Exhibition

Congratulations to all those involved in hosting the 2nd International Magical Bonsai Accents Exhibition at Failand Village Hall, Bristol on Saturday 19th July as this was a great success and all who attended had a great day.

Andrew Pearson of Stone Monkey Ceramics will be selling his superbly crafted bonsai ceramic pots at the 10th Anniversary Swindon Winter Image Show on the 19th February 2012. Andy handcrafts stoneware ceramics and his creations are inspired by Japanese ceramics.
