Bonsai Kai

The Bonsai Kai is the oldest bonsai club in Europe was formed in 1961 in response to growing interest in the cultivation of bonsai trees. At that time it was under the auspices of the Japan Society, founded in 1891, although it is now an independent organisation. Over the years many well-known figures in the bonsai world have been involved. When there is an RHS London Show, the Bonsai Kai meets in Rooms 20 or 21 at the RHS Conference Centre beside the RHS Horticultural Halls, Greycoat Street, SW1. Meetings start at 7pm. Blackmore Vale Bonsai Group

The Blackmore Vale Bonsai Group was formed a meeting in October 2007. Five present on the day has now grown to over 30. We have had to be transplanted twice having outgrown previous venues. Berkshire Bonsai Society

The Berkshire Bonsai Society was formed in 1994 and is a small, friendly club dedicated to the enjoyment of Bonsai. Bedfordshire Bonsai Society

Bedfordshire Bonsai Society is a friendly group of bonsai enthusiasts who meet monthly. The Society was formed in 1979 by Dennis Linsdell when he realised that a steadily growing interest in the art would be best served by getting those interested in Bonsai together to exchange views, ideas and practical experience. They meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm at Toddington Village Hall, Leighton Road, Toddington, Bedfordshire, LU5 6AN from March through to October.

Warminster Bonsai Club

They meet at 7.30 in the evening, on the third Thursday of each month at Christ Church Hall BA12 9NS. This is located, first left as you go into Upper Marsh Road from Weymouth Street and opposite the Church. Anyone is welcome and the focus is on bonsai as a hobby. Swindon & District Bonsai Society

In 1977 a group of Bonsai enthusiasts, led by Ken Moncrief and Frank Maddocks, decided to meet to share their enjoyment of Bonsai and this has continued and expanded to involve many more since them. It is a friendly club with a good range of club members of all levels of experience in bonsai as a hobby.  They hold their meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 7.30pm at The Coleview Community Centre, Towcester Road, Stratton St Margaret, Swindon, SN3 4AS. Their next show is on the 25th February 2018 which is the Swindon Winter Image Show.
