The society meets on the last Friday of the month (not December) just outside Fareham at the Wallington Village Hall, Broad Cut, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 8ST. You will be able to see their latest bonsai display at our Swindon Winter Image Show on Sunday 26th February 2017 and meet some of their club members.

Dan Barton of Esoteric pots will be selling his pots at the forth coming Swindon Winter Image Show on Sunday 26th February 2017. Dan Barton has been making pots for bonsai for 45 years. Virtually all of his pots are made using the ‘coiling’ technique and no two pots are the same. He mostly works to commission when a special pot is required for your special tree. Dan’s pots show an amazing range of shapes, sizes, colours and innovation and he has pioneered many glaze effects. Although he rarely has any ‘speculative’ pots available, he is hoping to make a few specially for our Swindon Show.

We as a Society are honoured to be invited to exhibit at Swindon Winter Image Show this year on Sunday 26th February 2017. The Darlington Bonsai Society was formed some 30 years ago to bring together local enthusiasts of a rapidly growing hobby. Moving to a new venue necessitated a change of name to Tees Valley Bonsai Society. The Members meet once per month to discuss, work on and show trees.
Thank you once again John Pitt of Bonsai Ceramics for being the Show Sponsor for Swindon Winter Image Bonsai Show 2017 on Sunday 26th February. John considers this to be the best bonsai show in the UK.
