The Exposition Bonsai at Neuville-saint-Rémy in Cambrai in France was held on the 16th and 17th April 2016. It had changed venue since the last time we went in 2014 and this venue was a much larger hall with excellent space and lighting to host a bonsai show.
A big thank you to Zen Bonsai Club for extending such a warm welcome to us on our visit and to Alain Hector for inviting us to attend. Also a thank you to Olivier Cornet of O Bonsai for translating for us during the demonstration by Olivier Barreau as this was very helpful.
It was a two day show with many traders, exhibits, and a range of demonstrations and a well attended and supported bonsai show. In addition to bonsai displays there was also a stunning orchid display and an Ikebana display too.
