This year was amazing, the club members and volunteers who helped out on the Saturday for the set up did a great job and everything was in place well before 8pm.
This included all the stands, screens, backdrops, cloths and the majority of Swindon Club Members trees in addition to a visiting club Aka Matsu due to the distance they have to travel to come to our show.
It also included having collected the additional tables on the Friday and a thank you to Paul and Dawn Reed for putting out all the road signs and taking them down again, as that is no easy job.
Thank you again to Ernest and Graham for driving the vans, our car parking attendant, our volunteers manning the door entrance. Also a big shout out to Paul Bowerbank for his radio appearance earlier in the day on BBC Radio Wiltshire, and he has done an amazing job promoting our show again.
